Originally from Denham Springs, Dr. Lillian Bergeron earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Southern Mississippi. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. After completing her education, she returned to Louisiana to complete a residency specializing in Primary Care and Ocular Disease. 

After working in a multi-disciplinary ophthalmology/optometry clinic, Dr. Bergeron decided to pursue practice ownership and opened Bergeron Family Eye Care in Port Allen, LA. Dr. Bergeron practices both medical and therapeutic optometry by diagnosing, treating and managing a wide range of ocular diseases. She also conducts comprehensive eye exams, pediatric eye assessments, and fits soft contact lenses. Additionally, she is skilled in performing minor in-office surgical procedures.

She currently lives in Port Allen with her husband, Bradley, son Bennett and their two labradors Cole and Cash, who can sometimes be found keeping patients company in the clinic. Dr. Bergeron looks forward to keeping all eyes on the westside healthy and seeing clearly for years to come.
